With Berlin as my roots and over seven years in Switzerland, I am passionate about equipping people with tools to better understand themselves and achieve a deeper level of satisfaction in their lives. Especially in the workplace, reflection is becoming increasingly important to prevent burnout and foster inspiring team dynamics. My 20+ years of experience in the professional sports business allows me to draw on a wealth of resources and knowledge. As an economist, I developed over time into a Head of People & Culture and Coach, where I align my professional background with my inner drivers and motivation.
The development of human potential is reflected in the lessons that athletes learn and develop in their careers. The balancing act between performance and relaxation to achieve sustainable excellence. Together, with a diverse team, athletes learn to set clear goals, persevere, rethink their actions and align themselves accordingly. This ability to accept challenges, continuously reflect and adjust course to keep the desired goal in sight are the keys to success.
It fills me with joy to observe how people unfold and develop when they immerse themselves completely in their tasks and reach a state of flow. This moment, when everything comes together harmoniously, is the most beautiful thing for me. My mission is to support people and organizations on this path. I help them to recognize potential and opportunities and accompany them in finding their path to success.
